Doctor David Hanley and Noelle Hanley NP-C, owners of Red River Medical Services, pride themselves in excellent care for Interventional Pain Management in Lawton, Ok. Interventional Pain Management focuses on relieving pain and improving quality of life. These goals are achieved through applying multiple modalities of minimally invasive and non-surgical procedures to disrupt the transmission of pain signals from nerves to the brain. In doing so, the procedures are less invasive. They also focus on a more scientific approach to addressing pain and management techniques.

Kimberly “Noelle” Hanley NP-C, graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing. She then earned her RN and a Master’s in The Science of Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

David Hanley M.D., a Duncan, Oklahoma native obtained his Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing from East Central University. He graduated with highest honors from Ross University School of Medicine abroad. Upon completing his training at University of Kansas, Dr. Hanley successfully became Board Certified in 2010.

Dr. David Hanley and wife Noelle Hanley, NP-C, dreamed of owning their own practice for many years until that dream became reality in 2020. They reside in Lawton with their five children.
