Dr. David Hanley

Dr. David Hanley, M.D.

Education and Training

David Hanley M.D. is a Duncan, Oklahoma native and graduate of Duncan High School. He began his training to become a physician by obtaining a Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing from East Central University. After sharpening his skills in the critical care areas of nursing, he began a journey through medical school abroad. He graduated with highest honors of his class from Ross University School of Medicine. Upon graduating from medical school, Dr. Hanley successfully matched for post graduate medical training at the University of Kansas. During his residency training in the field of Anesthesiology, he placed strong emphasis on the treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. After 4 years of dedicated training, Dr. Hanley successfully became Board Certified in 2010. Dr. Hanley believes that being a physician requires the willingness to be a lifelong learner. He actively participates in the MOCA program. He remains active in several medical societies in his fields of expertise.

Professional Experience

Dr. Hanley began his practice in 2009 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, OK as an Anesthesiologist in a group practice, covering all areas within the field of anesthesiology. As he matured in his practice, he took on leadership roles at Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton, OK as the Medical Director of Anesthesiology. He serves on several hospital committees. Most recently, in 2019, Dr. Hanley was elected Medical Chief of Staff and became a Board of Trustee member at Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Hanley is dedicated to serving his hometown and surrounding communities with the same integrity and work ethic that has been demonstrated throughout his working career. He is pleased to announce that he will be pursuing a dedicated Interventional Pain Practice that will keep local citizens in the community to receive the care they deserve at Red River Medical Services.

Kimberly Hanley

Kimberly Hanley, NP-C

Education and Training

Kimberly “Noelle” Hanley NP-C, a Lawton, Oklahoma native and graduate of Eisenhower High School, began her nursing career by obtaining her LPN through Great Plains Area Vo-tech. She went on to graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing and earned her RN. Most recently, she graduated with a Master’s in the Science of Nursing with the focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global and becoming certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Professional Experience

In her 10 years as nurse, she worked at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, OK. She began as a Med/Surg nurse, but her passion was emergency nursing. Most of her nursing career has been spent in the Emergency Dept. with 3 years as the manager of the department.

Noelle has spent many years dedicated to caring for individuals of her hometown as a nurse. She is excited for this new journey as a nurse practitioner. She is ready to start serving her community in primary care and pain management at Red River Medical Services.

David and Noelle have been happily married since 2018 and have 5 children ranging from 3 years to 26 years old. Building a practice together was a life goal and now a reality. Red River Medical Services brings together both areas of expertise in one practice.

They both enjoy their time together in the kitchen cooking and creating elaborate meals for friends and family. Dr. Hanley enjoys all things fitness and outdoor activities. When not fulfilling his professional roles, his time is spent gardening and overseeing operations at the family ranch. Noelle enjoys entertaining family and friends. When not fulfilling her professional roles, her time is spent outdoors gardening.
